Focused Brand Strategy and New Website Upgrades Commercial Real Estate Developer’s Marketing
Eariler this year, Bynder Group provided brand guidance, online marketing consulting services, and web design skills for national commercial real estate developer Polizzotto Development.
We started with helping our client’s brand strategy by focusing on creating clarity and purpose in their positioning and communications platform. The result of this effort was a coherent purpose statement, vision statement, and “differentiation” statement that provided focus to all business and marketing goals. Additionally, we identified industry trends and business risks to inform our efforts.
With this new strategy in place, we followed up by designing and developing a modern and engaging website to elevate this dynamic company’s presence. This fully customized website, created in WordPress and responsive for mobile display, features extensive project photography and provides all neccessary company information to promote business.
